01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and cek4d ("cek4d", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the cek4d online casino and sportsbook platform, available at https://cek4d.lat and any associated mobile applications.

Your continued use of cek4d following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.

• You have not previously had an account with cek4d terminated for breach of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

When registering for a cek4d account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. cek4d reserves the right to verify all information provided at any time.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account with cek4d. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cek4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your cek4d account. You must:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify cek4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not allow any other person, including family members, to access or use your account.

cek4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits:

05 Bonuses & Promotions

cek4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack, roulette, and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

06 Gameplay Rules

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. cek4d will not reverse or cancel a bet solely because you have changed your mind.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, cek4d reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any wagers placed during that round. No further compensation will be payable.
• Results generated by cek4d's Random Number Generator (RNG) are final. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure fairness.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or watermarks on cek4d content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cek4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any services offered thereon.

12 Amendments to These Terms

cek4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an on-screen notification upon your next login. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of cek4d after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to cek4d's operating licence, supplemented where applicable by the laws of Malaysia.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact cek4d's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedures established by cek4d's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief before a competent court.
